At CKSKINCARE.COM, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not
completely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

- Products must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a
refund.
-  We do not accept returns on final sale items or promotional products.

 

2. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is
processed.
- Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.
-  Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our
part.

 

3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@ckskincare.com to initiate a return.
- You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send
back the product.
- Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item is
damaged or incorrect.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us with a picture of the
item within 3 days of delivery.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund (except postage fees) at no
additional cost.


5. Processing Time
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been
completed.

 

6. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be
